Black Forest Flavoured Gin | Infused Gin

Impress this Christmas holiday season with this Black Forest infused gin.

A simple but impressive concoction, perfect for bringing a gin and tonic with a twist.


  • A bottle of dry gin (ensure it’s not flavoured)
  • Black forest fruits – blackberries, cherries, raspberries
  • sugar
  • sealable jar
  • parchment paper

To infuse the gin, place a couple of handfuls of the berries into the jar, along with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and then pour in the bottle of gin.

To help seal the jar, place a piece of parchment paper in between the lid and the jar.

Leave for 4 weeks to infuse, making sure to agitate the mixture every couple of days.
