Impress this Christmas holiday season with this Black Forest infused gin.
A simple but impressive concoction, perfect for bringing a gin and tonic with a twist.
- A bottle of dry gin (ensure it’s not flavoured)
- Black forest fruits – blackberries, cherries, raspberries
- sealable jar
- parchment paper
To infuse the gin, place a couple of handfuls of the berries into the jar, along with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and then pour in the bottle of gin.
To help seal the jar, place a piece of parchment paper in between the lid and the jar.
Leave for 4 weeks to infuse, making sure to agitate the mixture every couple of days.
