Fudgy Oreo Brownies

Fudgy Oreo Brownies

Who wants Fudgy Oreo Brownies? These are next level chocolate brownies.

This recipe is nut free and dairy free. For this recipe I am using Oreos and Just Chocolate from NOMO which is a dark chocolate that is dairy, nut, gluten and egg free, and it still tastes like chocolate! Oreos are made dairy free and are ok for intolerances but I would always double check the label before buying! You can also buy gluten-free Oreos as a substitute for a gluten-free diet.

Ingredients

  • 140g Stork Original Baking Block
  • 300g Granulated sugar
  • 75g Cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 60g Plain flour (Swap for Gluten-free)
  • 90g Dark chocolate chunks
  • 12 Oreos – 9 Whole, 3 chopped

Method

Preheat the oven to 180C/Gas Mark 4 and lightly grease a non-stick baking tin.

Melt the butter with cocoa powder, sugar and salt in a pan over a low heat until melted.

Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. Mix in the flour until fully combined and fold in the chocolate chunks.

Pour half of the batter into your pre-greased tinned place about 9 whole Oreos evenly across the tin. Add the rest of the batter and scatter some broken Oreos on top.

Bake in the oven for about 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

These Oreo Fudgy brownies get fudgier and sticker as they cool so it’s best to take them out of the tin around 10 minutes after they’ve come out of the oven. Or better yet, use a silicone dish, then you won’t be fighting to get these babies out!
