Festive Reindeer Dairy Free Shortbread
This recipe for Festive Reindeer Shortbread is a classic shortbread recipe and is made with ingredients you should have in your cupboard. This traditional Scottish recipe is a great crowd pleaser – especially with the chocolate coating! With minimal ingredients this dairy free shortbread recipe is also vegan and nut free.
- 180g Plain Flour
- 55g Caster Sugar
- 125g Dairy Free Stalk
- 1 bar vegan and nut free chocolate
Mix the flour and sugar together, then rub in the butter until you form a smooth dough.
Chill in the fridge for around 20 minutes, then roll out into individual biscuits and sprinkle sugar over the top.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
I rolled out my dough with a little extra flour to stop it sticking, then used a reindeer cookie cutter for a festive feel.
Melt the chocolate then dip the biscuits into it to cover the front. The perfect shortbread for the festive period.
